We are a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization dedicated to helping women who are facing an unplanned or difficult pregnancy. We offer limited obstetrical ultrasounds, medical quality pregnancy testing, education, material resources, and referrals. All of our services are free of charge and confidential as allowed by the State of Minnesota.

Options Mankato has stemmed from a need in the Mankato area for positive solutions for women making difficult choices; empowering them and supporting them afterward. We want everyone to know their options.

Our dedicated staff and volunteers are here to provide education and support as you make decisions that are right for you.

Options Mankato does not offer or refer for abortion or contraception. We believe that empowerment begins with knowledge. We are here to help you make a well-informed decision.
