What are your hours?

We are open on Mondays from 10:00-4:00, on Tuesdays from 1:00-7:00, on Wednesdays from 10:00-4:00, and on Thursdays from 10:00-4:00.

How much do your services cost?

All of our services are free of charge.

Where are you located?

We are located downtown in the Mankato Civic Center Plaza. Use the entrance at the end of E. Jackson St near S. Second St. Our address is 11 Civic Center Plaza, Suite 011 (lower level).

Will you tell anyone about my visit to your Center?

No. We have a strict confidentiality policy, and will not tell anyone that you visited us unless required to do so by law. Additionally, we will not contact you without your permission.

If I am under 18, can I get a pregnancy test or ultrasound without my parents’ permission or presence?

Yes, but we encourage younger clients to seek advice from parents or trusted adults to help them through this emotional and challenging time.

What is the IMPACT Program?

IMPACT is a program that offers pre-natal and parenting education along with material assistance. Participants can enroll in the program as early as 12-weeks pregnant or any time prior to their youngest child’s third birthday. Participants earn credits for completing lessons. The credits are redeemed for new baby items.

Do I need an appointment?

No. If you make an appointment, it should reduce your wait time, but you are welcome to come without one.

Can I bring a friend of Family Member?

Yes. We may ask to speak to you alone during portions of your visit, but you are welcome to bring others with you.

What services do you offer?

We offer lab-quality pregnancy testing, limited obstetrical ultrasounds, education on pregnancy options by trained staff, evidence-based education on sexual health, resources and referrals, adoption referrals, prenatal and parenting education, and material assistance through enrollment in our parenting education program.

We do not provide comprehensive OB/GYN services, family planning, or STD/STI screening. We do not provide or refer for abortion services.

Can anyone make me have an abortion?

No. It is against the law for anyone—including your parents, husband, or boyfriend—to force you to have an abortion.

Do I have to be pregnant to make an appointment?

No. In addition to pregnancy services we also offer evidence-based education about your sexual health. If you have questions we are here to help.

If you are parenting we offer resources and referrals, as well as education and material assistance through the IMPACT parenting education program.
